Welcome to Dreemy AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered platform. By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. Access & Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Dreemy AI. Our services involve generative content that is strictly for adults. By accessing the site, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Prohibited Content & Safety Policy

Dreemy AI supports creative freedom, but we have zero tolerance for harmful or abusive content. You explicitly agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, or disseminate:

  • Child Exploitation: Any content depicting, promoting, or resembling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the sexualization of minors.
  • Non-Consensual Sexual Content (NCSC): Realistic depictions of real individuals (e.g., Deepfakes) without their consent.
  • Privacy Violations: Content that doxes, reveals private information, or harasses individuals.
  • Violence & Harm: Content promoting self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or extreme violence.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of the prompts you input and the unique content generated by the AI ("Generations"), subject to compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Platform License: By using the Service, you grant Dreemy AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Fees: Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees upon purchase.

4.2 No Refunds: Due to the high cost of GPU computing required for AI generation, all payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings to prevent future renewal charges.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

5.1 Service "As Is": Dreemy AI provides the service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that AI generations will be accurate, consistent, or meet your specific expectations.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreemy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of Dreemy AI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
